As the General Manager of G4S Risk Management Ukraine, Paul has an extensive skill set that has been honed through years of hands-on experience in various roles such as Training, Logistics, Operations, Project and Country Management. Paul started his career in the military and worked his way up to complete a full 25-year career. With over 3 decades of security experience, including 7 years in Ukraine, Paul is a seasoned General Manager and is well-known for his adept leadership and managerial ability. During his time in Ukraine, he has gained valuable experience in navigating the complexities of the local landscape with precision and insight. 

Paul's contributions have been instrumental in the ongoing success of the organisation. He has demonstrated exceptional skills in building and nurturing strong client relationships, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and managing the creation and delivery of tailored security services across Ukraine and the wider Eastern European region. Additionally, he has been pivotal in enhancing operational efficiency and fostering staff development.

Aside from his professional accomplishments, Paul is also dedicated to continuously improving himself. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Security and Risk Management from the University of Leicester and numerous qualifications in the development and delivery of bespoke security services in challenging environments.
